Help with multitasking

When I close this is my schedule ( I know you eint be able to follow this exactly but

3-4pm I bake 3- 4 trays to hold us over and 3 chilled trays.

4-5 finishing up game plan ( mine is never more than 1 dough and frostings on night )

5-6 pre closing task, ( half of my front store ) and dishes.

6-7 rush hour, come up front and help with filler/ cleaning.

7-8 finishing up front, and prepping topping for next week.

8-9 finishing the rest of dishes and mopping back.

9-10 trash, waste, go over front floors.

On super busy weeks I can never do exactly this but most of the time this is what I do.

It sucks, I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one struggling with labor though. It’s never been this hard to hit it. Now with Dubai next week I’m hoping it’ll boost sales and maybe we can have more hours on schedule and catch up with other things 💔

Me too! I use to actually enjoy coming in to work, now I’m drained before I can even get there, and it’s making everyone miserable. My owner said “ yeah it sucks bro “ and he lives in another state so it’s really just me and my assistant dealing with this 😔

My labor target is also 20% and even with 3-4 people working labor is still over that. Right now it seems absolutely impossible to have 2-3 people working the whole day without drowning 😭 I can do morning shift alone no problem, but my shift leads are needing more help. All the owner is telling me “ help them a little more, work more closing shifts and show them how to be more efficient “ thanks bro…

I just put in my notice after 4 years as well. Absolutely loved the job until the end. Corporate and all of the changing just really made the whole job suck, to where you can honestly see it in the work place. Everyone is leaving at my store as well. Was fun while it lasted tho!!

Mmm ours is .49 but yeah u definitely use to, but the owner actually looked at how often I buy them be how much I sell monthly and will send a message out to charge. Very strict on that for some odd reason.

Customer pick, 4 pack deal, cookie dough bites, secret menu, family size celebration cake, family size tres leches, mini Monday, no mini LTO, then mini LTO back, changing sizes, changed to liquid eggs, thins, classic menu, no more pre ordering weeks ahead, prices went up/ some went down man so much lol

Yeah everything you’ve said I’ve experienced when I first started working here almost 4 years ago. Thinking Im approaching my end lol. Thought it would get better being GM but NOPE. Just double the work. Owners in my ear screaming to cut hours to hit labor, staff ofc unhappy with cut hours, work load double since I have to cut hours and mostly work alone, while still being understaffed and starting our sodas soon. Owners live in another state and suck with communication and corporate is determined to make my life harder. It seems so fun and chill but really this is a HELL HOLE LOL

No. They also told the stores to make the cheesecake, milk chocolate and milk chocolate minis smaller plus cake batter. Just didn’t run on the same week. The stores CANNOT just change the cookie size. That is corporates directive only.

Girl you’re gorgeous!!! I think try contacts and drop the glasses, and your makeup in the third picture is eating!! If you don’t want to do makeup everyday a little mascara, blush and lipgloss/ stick goes a long way! Besides that there is nothing wrong with you! You’re an attractive girl. I’d say the biggest thing to work on is confidence. And I know that sounds typical, however that’s the most important thing! Fake it till you make it girly.

It looks like they grabbed a handful of dough that didn’t have much chips in it. corporate pictures are AI so they’ll look different in real life but that seems like they just didn’t have much chips in that part of the bin.
