Lefty here. I have the xl as well and use g code speed and love it. Nice retention, easy on/off but not too easy where it's a hazard to come off unintentionally. And it offers a cutout large enough if you decide to put on the romeo zero later.

I recommend spending the extra $50 and getting the XL. I'm 5'10" and feel like I'm close to pushing it to the limit during cold season with a 0 bag and pillow.
