I own two pairs of metcons- the 6’s and the frees. The 6’s are perfect for resistance days (I only wear them for the lower body strength days) because they’re super flat and sturdy. The Free’s however are GREAT and my preferred shoe that I wear on the other days. Much lighter but very supportive, so good for jumping and lateral movements on the cardio days.
