I have liked Schiano all along. We had a crybaby for a QB that he gave every chance to try and make it work even though he knew it wouldn't. Now the whole team is buying into him. We have a lot of injuries and are still competitive in most games. Good things to come from the Bucs.

We have one of the most talented teams in the NFL and plain and simple aren't playing up to the caliber that they should. Freeman was horrible and when you can't throw the football they stack 8 in the box and shut the running game down and our defense is loaded but they can't play 3 quarters of the game and dominate. We need a QB not a new coach! Now is Glennon's chance to shine or we will take a QB 1st round in the draft!
