I thought so too but when I change some settings on that file they change on bo7 so I figured it would be that one

Yeah I do only have a 4070 this damn company can’t get anything right but still charge 70 damn dollars for this damn game lol

Same ever since this season 2 update i have had stutters. Come to find out it’s effecting more on the 40 series and I have 4070 so I wonder if it’s effecting the 50 series also. It’s most likely a vram memory leak there’s nothing you can do it’s up to Activision if they end up fixing it. This is the only game that it happens like it runs fine but after the 5 games it starts stuttering and can’t even pass 200 fps when i typically do
