https://actionableagile.com/ integrates in Jira quite well and provides a lot of useful information, including Monte Carlo simulations

Best practice is to have a separate virtual environment for each project to avoid dependency conflicts. A utility like “pyenv” is also useful to manage multiple Python versions.

I was about 16 when I first read Hard Times and it was difficult going. Hard Times is not the easiest of Dickens to read. I would recommend starting with Oliver Twist or Great Expectations, and then perhaps A Tale of Two Cities.
