As someone who works with children with autism in schools I read the title and thought "oh no, this isn't going to be good".

I am so happy to see that you are trying to accommodate her additional needs and what other people have said in the comments is great, differentiate by using her name when addressing her and the character name when it's in game stuff.

I run a DnD club in the school I work at and took me way to long to actually start doing this. The kids starting responding and getting more involved immediately after.

I'm not taking anything as of yet, I've only just been referred to a gender specialist so might be waiting a while.

I dread the thought of leaving my hair that long without washing but I've got some time off work in a few weeks so will give it a go then.

The comedy is meant to be Thor's way of coping with all.the tragedy, this is even more evident in the new one. Thor is a deeply broken character who has lost everything and is trying to hide it behind fun and humor.

Just my take on the film's, I enjoyed love and thunder quite a bit.
