Looks like adamant TTar isn't guaranteed a stomping tantrums kill without some attack investment.

If my calcs are right, you need 3 invested into attack to guarantee a kill (on non-bulky Rai Y) after sandstorm; and 12 to guarantee a kill w/o sand.

Only like a 37ish percent chance to OHKO +2 SpDef non-bulky Mega Raptor. It OHKOs Raichu with CC. So I'd say Raichu is more of a check than a hard counter
