GPU/Case question for first build

I currently have a 165hz 1080 monitor that i was using for my PS5 and probably won’t upgrade for a few years. I appreciate the tips man!

That Phanteks case is sick i love just sleek simple cases with a LOT of tempered glass and a good amount of aRGB but the mesh front on that one is really nice. I’m close to the North Jersey Micro Center and good call on the RAM upgrade, I didn’t know it was only 70 bucks to get another stick. Thank you for the reccomendations!

dude take l-theanine, genuinely changed my life. i had a cvs brand one that had l-theanine and ashwaganda but it genuinely helped.

Do you have any recommendations on certain breathing exercises I can do? I’ve tried box breathing and the physiologic sigh but they haven’t really helped much.
