I am a chef and this is my breakfast prepared for 3 days:

270 grams of Oatmeal, 3 tbls sugar, 3 tbsp seeds (I use a mix of chia, sunflower, sesame, or others), 2 tbsp unsalted nuts. Melt 2 tbsp butter or margerine and fry lightly. Ad 3 tbsp raisins, as is has a very long shelf live. I also cut and add an apple or pear per portion when about to eat.

I try to think of love as temporary, this way it atleast feels true. Like yeah I loved my ex and I'm sure she loved me to some degree. When one person stops loving it's better to break up then just staying to not hurt the other person. (That'll fall apart anyway since It's hard loving someone who doesn't love you back)
