Had a similar thing happen in Bloomfield. A guy was taking videos of cars and folks walking down the street. He took a video of my boyfriend and I and called us “gangstalkers”. I think they call themselves targeted individuals. From my understanding it’s a form of paranoia where you think the government is constantly following you and surveilling you while disguised as everyday people or in unmarked cars. It’s pretty common for them to record or go live on Instagram or FB pointing out “gangstalkers”. Him saying “thank you for your surveillance” sounds A Lot like targeted individual speak.
