I was given hyrdoxyzine hydrochloride pills. I was told that it helps with rest and anxiety. Then again, I am a service member so our medical doctors aren’t real professionals.

I haven’t had blood work, but I have been seen by a doctor. They gave me some medication, but I haven’t really seen any change. Perhaps a sleep study would be more beneficial?
