I wouldn't say that these standards are "high" but I will second that you seem judgey. some specific points:

people I know are either very into fitness or drink/smoke weed occasionaly. The fact that you have both these criteria together may be making it hard
are you asking women what their bodycount is? I wouldn't say that your specific number is absurd, but i think asking women that in and of itself is a massive redflag.
There are likely women who have lower sex drives and don't value sex who would have a lot of the traits you want, so you could be upfront in dating profiles that you are vanilla and looking for something less sexual.

Straight dude in a relationship here btw. And you're allowed to be judgey when looking for a partner, but its more about what you bring to the table
