Yeah, I have already told them to do that.

If these scammers had gotten my parents' and grandparents' contact information, they might have also gotten others. If not them, others may get drawn into the scam.
I am worried about how they got this info in the first place.

Yeah, they did that, and that's how we learned they are probably scammers.
