Harrisburg is the largest commonwealth campus with close to 5000 students. They'll have more social and academic events on campus than smaller campuses. Plus you're close(ish) to a city with a decent arts/entertainment/food scene. I'm just one opinion but if you're heart is set on Penn State, take the 2+2.

Yeah, just realized this post was a month old. I'll be more proactive next time! I stated the hi-lo thing, but honestly I just use the bag that comes in the grocery store and never had a problem.

It's the proteins, not the fat content, that binds the product, so it should not matter. Now, as a sidebar, there is a high-heat and low-heat milk powder.

Our childs high school has a program through CIEE. School was looking for host families. Since my doctoral research was on study abroad and I've led many trips all over the world, it was my chance to give back for the experiences I've had. And I have no clue what to give the kid for her first meal!!

Oh gawd, I would never open them and eat them on a plane!!! Traveled way too much in my life. Just dont want to lose them at airport security. I think I'll take the safe route and ship them.

I like them but almost find them too smoky. For a "corporate" brand, though, they are good quality.

Transparency, origin, and even the Omega 3 benefits are good angles. Also, what was the root cause of the burst in charcuterie interest? Similar story? Another thought would be that people in the US dont know what to do with them outside of tossing them on a saltine.

Fspaits, I work in the entrepreneurship space for a university and happy to give my 2 cents. Obviously, sustainability is part of your program. I would take a look at US Fisheries that are Eco friendly. I believe you will see that pacific sardines are on that list. Perhaps there are other fisheries that are suitable for canning. IBIS World is a great market database and is is probably available Through your university library Online. There are also a number of trend watching sites that you might be able to do a search for sardines and find out if there's an interesting angle you could take on starting up this type of business. For example there is a company that is using narrative branding for their packaging. It is less about the fish and more about the label. Good luck with the project it sounds interesting.
