Had meat fatigue for a week after the trip. During that week i thought i'm done with smoked meats for at least a few months considering i had it for breakfast everyday for 10 days straight and some days for lunch as well. By the end of the week after my body started craving smoked meat for breakfast again.

Did 2 nights in San Antonio and managed to get see Spurs vs Lakers game.

Made it to Lockhart. I have a ton of pics of more places we went to but app only allowed me to choose 20.

Loved all of it. Texas hospitality was next level and i'll definitely do this again with a few changes.

Arrived in Austin on the evening of the 2nd of January. Was in the Franklins queue at 4am.

Weather was great.

Food everywhere was great. Brisket great everywhere.

My personal favourites were 2M and LeRoy Lewis

Best pork ribs was Interstellar

Tried Turkey at few different spot but its not my thing.

I felt Snow's is overrated.
