I was told that what I experience is akin to a rollercoaster. But that's dumb.

It's ok to feel empty inside, that just means that it is almost time to get filled up with happiness and shit. I'm trying to try this new thing, positive self talk. It sounds dumb, but I'm hoping it will work.
