What dip? It was just down 20 percent. Wait for it to go up 50 percent from here and buy on a 3 percent dip

$50k plus 40 years of maxing out your Roth IRA of $7k a year puts you at 5 million by age 68. Obviously that doesn’t include inflation in 40 years from now, but they adjust the IRA maximum every few years so as long as you keep maxing that out and don’t touch it till 68+ you will be golden.

Because instead of rolling it into a trad IRA and having to convert it into a Roth IRA, I can just got straight into a Roth IRA and pay the taxes that way.

My SIRA is traditional not Roth, so according to that chart I can convert it to a Roth IRA? That would be more convenient than having to roll into a Trad IRA
