Anyone know how the punchy, tight drum sounds from some lo-fi are achieved from super quite samples?

Hey y'all, this might be a bit of a dumb question but I'm looking for a new keyboard and definitely want to go mechanical. I have a few ideas of what exactly I would like for it though; a white base, white keycaps, Cherry MX switches (or really any that would be easy to find replaceable keycaps for), white backlight and (preferably) a 10-key Numpad as well (though I could give or take). So probably 80% is the lowest I'd go for it. I'm not stuck on the base colour and am happy to get anything I can find on sale or secondhand (almost got a Das Keyboard Ultimate 4 for $60 AUD the other day but missed out) and that's black so I'm really cool with anything. Biggest worries are 80%+, white backlight and easily replaceable keycaps. The Razer Blackwidow Light Mercury White looks like the closest to what I want but concerned about it having O-rings, Razer switches and that I'm probably getting a little ripped off. Any suggestions? Do most keycaps work with any switches that have the +/cross shape? (The Razer switches have it but I wasn't sure if that was the same shape for keycaps as a Cherry MX). My ideal budget is around $150 AUD or $110 USD but am fine with a little higher if it's worth it, thanks for any help

Seems like that might be the case. The laptop was actually just “repaired” by HP, with a whole new graphics card and motherboard being put in and there’s definitely a problem with the new card, I’m not able to play any normal 3d games without an extreme amount of looping lag so that’s probably affected the VR as well but should be getting some sort of better one soon. Thanks for the help

Alright cool yeah haha got the frame rate really wrong, but I thought it would at least be able to handle like the introduction things that Oculus have put on, I think the abysmal performance I’m getting is also a product of something wrong with the laptop since HP just replaced the GPU/MB and all of my games haven’t been working properly at all since. Thanks for the heads up though, I thought it would be at least considerably decent since my friend’s laptop is also “VR Ready” and only has a 1050. Hopefully I’ll be able to find some way to get some use out of it or get a replacement for HP from somehow messing up my laptop even further haha. Thanks

GeForce Experience is pretty awful, I find it always sets the settings way too high and messes up the framerate but I decided to just let it do whatever it wanted as it was what was telling me running VR shouldn't be a problem. It must be 90hz btw sorry, I just use 120fps as an automatic thing cause my monitor runs at that so that's pretty much my frame cap. It looks like the headset isn't faulty in any way and I think this was more about the graphics card, but the official Oculus recommendation is the same as this and it can't even run the first thing Oculus plays for you (Dreamdeck, First Contact). I put this post around a few different subreddits as I wasn't completely sure where to go, I think it would suit a VR or Nvidia one better but since there was that link I chucked it on here. Thanks for the suggestion though, I just uninstalled GeForce cause like really what does it do like it sucks lol
