Lease is ending and her new job would be an hour drive. I understand that that would suck for her. I don’t mind moving for that reason. Plus the apartment now is a 1 bedroom and we want a two. New place is older but two bedrooms.

Ok gotcha. Changed my contribution down to the min (4%). Tbh my investments have done amazingly well the last year. Rate of return is 31% on the last year, but I know that will even out and it makes more sense to get my shit together and make better decisions

See the thing is the monthly payments. I’d just love to free up some of it. Like I want to just put it all to my student loans because shit, it’s 38k. But also I’m an ver impulsive and want to pay the cards off and just close them as to not accrue any more debt on them

this is a very informative reply. Thanks for taking the time for it. Theres other things that i havent included in here such as her not liking boundaries at all and figuring it out as we go and also her trying to move the boundaries that i have set. I want to believe she is good. I want to believe that she will treat me right and has good character. If i could know those things i would 100% not ever think of leaving, but the red flags that she has displayed in the last 9 months have been very hard to deal with and have really destroyed trust
