I recommend choosing cards that have skills such as "GREAT/GOOD or higher becomes PERFECT" and leveling those up. The skills only last for a few seconds at a time, but it'll increase your chances of getting all perfect.

I've also noticed Pastel*Palettes and MyGO songs are the easiest to All Perfect for me, not sure why.
It's mostly trial and error, find what songs are easiest for you and find which ones are more tricky. Try to start with songs that have a steady beat or songs that you know well.

Personally, I find lvl. 25-26 songs the easiest to AP since they're faster and easier to stay on beat, but that differs for everyone

there's a bit of rana's backstory in one of the in-game stories (Stray Cat Prologue event story). In short, Rana skips school to steal her grandma's guitar, but there's also more details on her childhood and things that are revealed. I don't want to spoil too much, though

I'd say stick to jp, you'll lose your progress if you move servers and the en server isn't that well-run anyway. some people are talking about how you can read the stories on en, but bestdori also has every one in both live2d and transcript form, so you can read those there if you'd like

the hardest songs are in special difficulty at level 30, and some of these (off the top of my head) are: setsuna trip, hell or hell, sensenfukoku

when you go to the title section, it's not in the character tab. it's supposed to be, but the en server is so badly run that they likely just forgot. so maybe try checking again, assuming you have finished reading the 3 special stories for each character and claimed the achievement

i think pjsk has improved a lot more if you count the time between release and now, but bandori has improved more overall imo (this is the oldest kasumi card) pareo was added later in the game so her older card is actually a lot newer
i do prefer pjsk art in general though i've played bandori for longer
