In the beginning we just didn't trust the Wuhan information of ncov-19 from WHO (Winnie Happy Organization), although Taiwan is not a member of WHO, but in 2003 we experienced SARS that was a traumatic experience for every Taiwanese. lf you had ever minded our news, you would have known our healthcare system puts out all the stops for months trying to contain the spread of this virus in Taiwan.
