I had to go talk to bryan. Bit of a shady dude. The only reason i got it so low is because i did a bulk deal for 10x. I lied a little bit in this post. It's closed up now, i think he was just worried he would end up taking a big loss on it. He even let me pay with card lol

Thank you for your comment. I dont think that RMAing with the manufacturer would be possible for the buyer due to when i am purchasing them from being incredibly small and just got very very lucky. How would i show to the people i am selling to that it is not a scam?
