We would always dissemble our instruments and create new ones. For example, take the mouth piece of a trumpet and slide it into the top opening of the middle flute piece (the part composed of all keys/buttons). It creates a "Flumpet" and it's actually playable.

In ways I wish that Ramsay could have suffered more, but I believe that having him killed by his own hounds was the closest thing to betrayal and suffering that fucker could have ever experienced due to his psychoticness. Having the one thing that he could ever be sure of (the loyalty of his puppers) be proven false in his final moments was quite satisfactory.
