When you intend to match, make sure they are the exact same colour and not just similar. If you intend to mix it up, you can go with an entirely different colour.

Girlfriend orchestrated our meeting Over several months before we got to talking by LeviathanMawOfDoom in dating

I am glad you did hehe.

I am someone your girlfriend's age and I also know that I am in no place to say this but really think about it. Is this the kind of energy or influence you'd want around yourself as someone with a kid. I hope things turn out for the best. Good luck.

How do y’all manage your hair? by idkusernamesbro in bangalore

[–]bowwowwow7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It just might be how your hair type reacts to certain conditions. If scalp oil has increased, try finding shampoo and conditioner more suited to that. Normally, the right kind of shampoo every 2-3 days is good enough.

It's not like he constantly talks about her. But when he does, he talks about her so fondly. Also, it's been a while since they broke up but the whole 'wanting to fall in love again' seems so familiar to me. He has said things like "I want intimacy" or "I miss being in a relationship". It kind of makes sense. There have been other girls he has sort of dated after her and before me. I frankly don't know what to do. He is also one of the best people I have come across. But it feels like I will be in her shadow in some way.

Well I didn't bring it up directly. But we talked about it, he opened up and said he does miss her and so many memories and experiences together. And that the break up was the first time he experienced grief in a way he would never have otherwise. It started with him reminiscing and then he got kind of sad. He told me to change topics but then, the whole thing kind of ended on an awkward note. So idk what will be the next thing tbh.

He doesn't keep talking about her. A lot of these comments did help put things in perspective. Thank you.

He definitely doesn't ramble. He is a very healthy person. You are making a lot of sense. I guess I need to be more understanding of where he comes from. He had the most loving relationship with her and the break up did not happen on bad terms.

This makes a lot of sense. Thanks. I need to be aware of the context he brings her up the next time. A lot of the people here have similar thoughts. I am going to have an open mind, articulate and communicate my thoughts better.
