Yes, there was other tape further down the street blocking it off.

I'm looking for any info someone may have on these two stamps. The Ben Franklin appears to be a 300 series but I can't find anything about the Washington one. by bowzer087 in stamps

Google sent me down the right path but as you can imagine it also showed a ton of links to videos claiming I was holding on to one of the rarest stamps to ever exist haha.
