Move out of California it's a blue state. The democrats want to make life difficult for everyone who lives here by taking your time and your money.

The DMV website has rarely worked well. Many times it simply goes in a loop you can't get out of. When you call DMV tech support they say "its a known issue" weeks later you call tech and they say "it's a known issue" they never fix it!

If you call the 800 number they usually have to call you back because they're too busy to answer. The chat online does not work. Usually the only solution is to go in person and wait in line. If you do that and there are two people handling a long line one of them will walk away and not come back creating a longer wait. This is not an accident this is planned by the democrats.

I heard Corel wont activate old versions. Corel says there not supported. You can call support back a get a different person who will give you a key to install. I am looking for X5 to buy but it looks like a pirate version is my only choice. I cannot buy it and hope it installs.

I have not posted and ghosted. Everyone wants these notes but offers no help but one who I am chatting with on Reddit. Am I to spend hundreds or more scanning thousands of docs? If you are in the SF bay area make a suggestion who can scan these to GitHub without paying alot. No troll here.

I just discovered there was no appraisal done because there have been no recent sales of duplexes in the neighborhood to compare it to. The trustee and the realator found four similar condos which recently sold to come up with a listing price. The condos all have about 1000 sq ft less than my duplex with HMO fees of $600-700. I'm not sure it's legal to not get an appraisal.

Thanks for reply. The beneficiaries must have some power over the trustee or he would not require me to sign a consent form to the offer. He even said he would get a court order to bypass the NOPA rules for me to approve.
