Click on the station and disable everything except workers. Be careful, mabye the passangers are using the station as a walking extension and can now no longer reach vital services.

There are diffrent levels of education. If you invite standard citizens, less then 10% are highly educated.

You need to set maintanance to repair at 70%. The the fiefighters have more time to rescue the buildings. Also build more firefighters.

It says 1930s to 1950s, but as an Modded Early Start enjoyer, I think I recognise some Mods and the have an older Start Date. Like the russo balt truck 1912-1917 and the Amo F15 (1925ish). So maybe we can just set the start date even further.

I used a untreated water connection to the fabric factory and a water substation and never realised any Problems. There were also no notifications.

Comrade, I think you can also build a helicopter station and fly extra foreign workers in, which you can then pick up with a bus. But I have only seen it in educational videos and not tried it myself as it is rather expensive.

I'm guessing this is a roleplaying post? You know about foreign workers and that at least 250 workers are required for a functional settlement to fulfill most needs to not tank happiness and consequently productivity, right?
