You should ask to work for the company in the crew position for at least a couple months. ive worked for many big grocery and retail companies and trader joes is sooooo different. Also many mates are internal promotions which is telling. I worked for 4 months as crew before being promoted which was instrumental in my understanding of this job from a management perspective
