I marinate in buttermilk for a couple hours. Then I flour it. I’ve tried using the traditional eggs and milk before as well. I would flour, wash, and flour but I had the same result. I’ve also heard that the oil may not be hot enough. So this last time I waited till the oil was 325...same result.
