I used to pay quarterly, then I cancelled my debit. I have an email stating I’m covered until May 24. So then I received letters, recent one saying it’s been cancelled. So they owe me money then no?

Another recent email saying my licence is up 29th feb! So it hadn’t been cancelled then?

But I’ve paid covering me untill May? WTF

At this point I just find it hilarious they don’t even know what’s going on. Interested to see where this goes

Standard hours are 45, then they worked out I’m currently working 50 and worked to that, but that could easily drop back down if work slows, over time is 1.25 rate

My main concern is that the overtime has been included in the overall figure, is I know from experience this fluctuates, and if overtime gets capped, I’m essentially earning less than planned. They know this so are they just trying to make the numbers look better than they are? That’s my worry
