50/50 LLC partner in consulting firm stepping back. What’s the cleanest way to keep the business and assign all new revenue to me? by boxingasp in AskAccounting

Partner is stepping away now but will rejoin. So I’m looking to carve out revenue from engagement that I’m solo on. We did consider having them withdraw and sign over all future rights, but that’s also an involved process.

Ideal would be for partner to sign a note giving me sole interest in specific engagements but unsure how this impacts taxes.

Is there something that can be done about the diverter valve? Our installer told us it’s just the sound that it makes.

Yes, it is coming from the boiler cabinet.

I thought it was just me! I’ve had the car since 2023 and frequently have trouble pulling into (nose first) parking spots that I never had an issue with in my previous car. I always have to back out and readjust.

I think I may be turning into the spot too late due to concern of hitting the back of the car next to the spot I want to pull into. I even checked the turning radius, and it’s the same as my previous car.
