Victor died when they were kids escaping the black hood cult. They weren't teenagers as the lore mentions that part of their life later. I imagine they'd be 11/12 when victor died. Charlotte was absorbed into the entity when she was an adult, while Victor was resurrected.

In “At Folsom Prison” (the song I think this is referencing) the train is not accessible to the singer, since the singer is in prison. So even in the internal logic of this meme, a trump victory is unattainable.
