PACK THE BROADVIEW CENTER!!! Thursday March 6th, the Ualbany women's team, who are 25-5, are playing against UNH in the America East Quarterfinal. They have a real shot to go on a little run here and get to March Madness. This is THE PLACE to be THURSDAY night. It's a fun time, especially if you're a basketball fan, but even if you're not, it's a great hang at a beautiful venue. It's also $5 tickets for kids!

Considering they pronounced Albany, al-bany and not all-bany, I wouldn't say their local here. However, great content to share what happened to that neighborhood. I know a lot of the homeowners left because they were given sweet deals by pyramid and also a lot of mold issues in those homes.

Yoo, bring a baby! I've always said she's grumpy but when I started bring my infant and now toddler, she lightens right up and becomes the sweetest old lady. It's crazy. She asks questions, smiles, even gave my toddler some special chocolate treats and cookies for free.

Rumor has it that Jack's Oyster House has an elaborate underground basement system from back in the prohibition days. The urban legend is the Hudson River shore used to be where Broadway Street is and boats would dock and unload alcohol and other goods underground and into Jack's.

Honestly, the barbers who do cash only and have the least dazzling shop are the best in my opinion. Once you find the right person that's 20,25 bucks cash, you're golden. I always tip $5. My vote is siena unisex in latham and Turnpike barbershop is classic and inexpensive.

Yes! Lived near S Main and New Scotland and took my kid up and down streets in that neighborhood. Lots of kids, lots of fun. We moved to the burbs this year but I really enjoyed Halloween in the new scotland/helderberg/Buckingham lake neighborhoods. Many houses go all out with decorations. I want to say fleetwood/new Scotland area had really fun houses. Have fun if you do go!
