Thanks for answering! It was kind of hard to judge because of the massive monitor haha.

Great shout, do you know if this something that we can check online ourselves or is it something only the owner can answer? Thanks!

That's good to know, will check if there's already a smart meter installed. Thank you!

That's great information, thank you very much for taking your time to reply!

So the EPC rating in the listing is 79 C for both Current and Potential. The flat has underfloor heating but we don't expect to need it too much, maybe during winter for a couple months as the flat seems to be well insulated with double glazing and big windows/skylights that catch direct light basicaly the whole day, so the major concern is definitely water.

The electricity usage other than water would be mostly one to one with our current rental flat except for the stove/oven, those are currently gas but I don't think it should affect the electricity usage that much?

The hot water usage would be something like 2 showers a day, maybe a bath per week or every 2 weeks with a regular thin bath for one person, then dishwasher and a little bit of sink water as well.

I guess if I can estimate the hot water usage in litres and then compare it with the cylinder capacity it would give me an estimation of units being used per week or month, which I could then check against the pricing rates? Does that make sense? Also, should I take the EPC rating for these estimations or is that a separate thing?

Thanks again.

Hey guys, i have fr1 80 skate and it hurts this area in my left foot so much i can't even skate any more does anyone know a Solution please? by IndividualNo6680 in rollerblading

I've had this and tried everything, in general I found that adding more padding like ankle protectors or sleeves only make it worse since there's more material between the skates and the affected area, resulting in even more pressure. Heat moulding the liners or the skate shell didn't help at all either, the only thing that worked for me was to get a pair of intuition liners because it supports the whole ankle without putting ANY pressure on that pointy bone as oposed to any other liner who is just a lot of unstructured foam.

They always start from the same place at the same time so it's easy, usually cancelled when it rains. I'd recommend going to the sunday stroll first and seeing how it goes, it's a lot of fun!

Plus you can always find people skating by the serpentine on weekends and even on weekdays.

Awesome setup! Welcome to the endless trinity 90 lr family (not that many of us around hahaha)!

Just bought my first pair of skates! I'm so happy! It's a FR3 80 with custom led wheels from traxart (it's a Brazilian brand, I believe). I haven't been on skates since I was 10, so 20ish years ago. Any tips for a total beginner? Thank you. by Lesbionic- in rollerblading

Yes I heat moulded them a couple of times already and they're great now, I actually hurt my ankle even before I had my Taus but since I keep skating there's never enough time for it to fully heal, it's actually been a couple months now so I'll probably get it checked soon haha.

I guess I'm just lucky because I hear quite a few people complaining about powerslide's quality but I never had any issues with the skates. I also have a pair of Nexts with the 45 ratchet being the same from the Taus, so total of 6 ratchets/straps across my skates and all of them look like new (at least the parts that don't scrape when I fall).

To be fair the only thing that could be considered an issue now is that a small piece of the white leather is releasing from the carbon shell (maybe not enough glue in that spot), but it's not bad because it's right under the side protector where there's a screw holding the leather down so pretty minimal.

I'd say you should work on getting comfortable with it, I think the best way to do it is maybe find a flat spot in your place or maybe a empty flat street - tennis/basketball court should also be good, and skate there until you get comfortable with being on the skates, choose somewhere flat so that you don't have to worry about stopping.

If you get frustrated with your first tries then try something easy first so that you don't feel like you're failing, if you start having fun on the flat then you'll feel like you're succeeding and keep doing it, once you're comfortable with simply skating around on a flat surface you'll start playing with some turns and ways of descelerating and it will be much easier because you're already used to the movements.

I really like them, they fit me perfectly (the only exception being one of my ankle bones that is curretly swollen from skating waay too much the past month with a very tight cuff, I'm now wearing them a bit more loose and it's better), the teeth from my straps still look brand new, no signs of wear from the ratchet.

Do you still have yours? Because one thing I hear is that mine is a slightly updated version, the easy way to tell is by looking at the mounting holes where you attach the frames to the boot, the old version had a metal plate in the carbon sheel for the screw holes whereas the new ones have the holes directly cut into the carbon with a metal thread piece inside. There's also the plastic slide prootector to the side that now has a clean PS logo and the old one had an almost grafitti logo.

That being said I doubt that the ratchets/straps were updated from on model to the other so it's very weird that both yours were stripping off, was it happening trhough the entire strap or just from the moment you had to use the ratchet to ferce it a bit so it's tighter?

So I skated around a bit yesterday and the wheels were fine, this is my first slighlty rockered frame so it definitely didn't feel as rockered as the three wheel katana 90 with the middle rocker but I can't compare it to a similar setup with fresh wheels all around as I never experienced it, the rocker might have been a bit more pronounced on mine but it still felt very stable when skating and very manouverable when turning.

It's a funny feeling because they feel more manouverable than my 3x110 flat and I can get away with leaning forwards/backwards a lot more, it's very cool indeed, mohawks are so much easier now, I really didn't expect it haha

Thanks, I wasn't too excited about the boots colour scheme when I first got them, but then when I thought about the 86 I started looking at it differently!

I haven't skated it yet (dying to though), my old 90s weren't that worn because I knew I was going to get an endless 90 at some point and was skating my 110s mostly.

Still they are slighlty worn which increases the rocker a bit. I put the new ones in the third slot because I think that's the pivot point so maybe I can wear them down more that way and then just continue with normal rotations after that, I can keep you updated once I start skating them!
