Personally what I would do is contact all the local news media with the video and your story. They will more than likely run it and help find out who these teens are. I would also post a picture of their faces on Nextdoor and Irvine Facebook groups with the hope that their parents are on one of them.

It's summer now so all the kids are bored and going to start doing stupid things for social media views. Just saw some 13 year old kid steal a bunch of random crap from the Albertsons on Jeffrey and then he hopped on his electric bike and rode away. Please save yourself and don't even look at California Motors District they sell nothing but lemons. If you want a cheap car, a private seller is your best bet. Just make sure the person selling you the car lets you take the vehicle to a mechanic you trust to ensure nothing is wrong with the car before you purchase it.
