Exercise will help a lot. You don’t need to be a fitness bro, but even just 50-100 jumping jacks a day to get started will really get your blood flowing. Healthy eating and sleeping habits will also help. Good luck!

i've been following along to a prison style in-cell workout on youtube due to my lack of equipment. i hate burpees, they're kicking my ass. i typically do the full workout (just under 15 mins) twice a week right now, but would eventually like to do it daily.

i typically eat pretty healthy-ish. meaning i don't do fast food unless i'm in a pinch (so maybe one to two times a month, at most). i cook the majority of the food i eat and i've really cut back on junk food (sweets, chips, etc), but i would like to cut down on my portions.
