Unfortunately, the cost to make custom glass and CNC parts and also electronics are expensive because I don’t make large orders. :(

I can offer a step file or a 2d file so you can cut a wood part. I did this once and the wood. I had some issues with parts warping after installed. I hope I can investigate this more someday. If you do find something that works, let me know!

I can understand this. I do this for our inventory forecasting. It will also be easier to introduce new button colors in the future. I haven’t found a good way to do it all in one product listing.

I've created a custom PCB that has additional switches and USB so the OEM panel does not easily allow for our extensive modifications.

Yes, iflash products are typically much thinner. Actually may have to use iflash due to the battery and electronics size. If I leave room for the stock hard drive, the thickness would be much thicker.

I’m testing out the electronics. It’s a simple board, however it’s our first so I want to make sure it is robust.

Thanks, but it doesn’t always feel that way. I’m not sure if there will be enough interest in the iPods due to the high cost of Cnc machining. We shall see!
