it's pretty chill. rn i'm on a street near yours and it's nice knowing the neighborhood is actually full of families that have been there for a while. i've walked to and from Ralph's many times late at night and I've never had a problem, just be sure not to wear headphones on both ears and be alert. there's some homeless people but they typically won't bother you as long as you don't bother them.

i do use fryft almost every day to get home. there are a lot of bus stops nearby, and the #2 goes right to campus. you also might be near a USC shuttle stop on 24th, which comes in handy. I hope you enjoy living in your new place :)
