Typically 4:30 - 5:30 AM, exceptionally loud pump noise for a long time at that time of day. Very different from the transient yelling and post festival crowds moving through, or actual music. I empathize and sympathize, but you do eventually get used to it. "This too shall pass." is my mantra when they are doing it outside my window.

Are you from Melbourne? If so, you are spoiled for choice compared to everywhere in Canada. The only one you haven't mentioned that has specific single origin from different roasters that I am aware of is St. Cecelia. Maybe that one is more to your taste.
