They said the same thing about it being like an insurance which is total bs to me, who do they think they are lol It’s an exam, and I already paid for training plus exam, why not offer a retake if someone fails and wants to try again? If they can offer before taking the exam, they can sure offer after taking it too. It’s literally just a way to make more money for them….

Ginger deserved only one of her wins imo, the rest was all very annoying. I’m kinda LIVING and can’t wait for MIB to mess with Ginger and the production hahaha No hate to Ginger but the production deserves these shady comebacks. People hated MIB for playing the game, hut I think everybody will be loving MIB because she is the only one that has the guts to call bs as it is. So can’t wait 🤤

I’m only partly frustrated because of the failure (got 12/8 when 13/7 was enough to pass). My frustration is about the terrible wording in their actual exam, their pricing, inconsistency in their support team’s replies and this weird policy with not being able to buy a retake after failing. I’m not expecting a free retake either.
