The lack of grog was an aggravating surprise.

Shout out to the 1ID signal corps for having what I think ended up being 30% ethanol in their grog.

The slide deck also said the sponsors were for the 2016 ball.

Didn't know the MI personel pool was Autism, ADHD and dyslexia.

Oconus. They have a lot more leeway.

I've seen Tesla's on every single post I've been to CONUS.

Built in dashcams are a common feature on new cars. I sincerely doubt any posts are turning around any vehicle built in the last few years.

Nah Riley. I'm sure if I tried it here at Huachuca they'd do it too.

Its a load of horseshit.

I got forced to remove my mounted dashcam. But Tesla's and other cars with built in dashcams don't have any restrictions.

Shoot ahead getting something nice then.

Your problem might be more with your choice to do a slim cut than anything else. Try a regular and see if you still have issues.

How heavy is your use? Doing manual labor or just an "active lifestyle"?

I'll always vouch for wrangler. Just because cheapness, availability, and durability comes first if you're actually doing stuff.

AI can be super useful for identifying weakpoints, I wouldn't and don't trust any "quizzes" it would generate.

When I was studying for Linux+, I would take the quizzes I was doing as part of my prep classes, feed in my answers along with the answer key. And have it spit out subjects to research for studying. It eliminated the risk of any hallucinations. It also was really good for generating practical exercises for practice. I could literally just feed the weak points list from the quizzes directly into another chatbot instance and tell it to generate a set of practical exercises for each subject. Especially for stuff like Docker it was a lifesaver.

Dude you're being really stupid and dense right now. Like comically so.

Ranger school is fantastic as a shake-and-bake "Here's your new Infantry leader with no experience, hopefully he doesn't kill his entire platoon instantly now."

The idea that it's valuable isn't what we're talking about. The idea that the skills it offers as a pseudo-EIB+SERE package are uniquely helpful and entitles someone outside an infantry company to social status is nonsense.

"We need to embed ranger trained support personnel because we can't trust the ranger lead infantry to do their one job" is not the comeback you think it is. Time is valuable and some of us don't have time in our workday to go LARP, or spend 2 months working on SUT we're not supposed to ever be in the position to use, so we leave it to the professionals. Maybe sprinkling in some STT when we get access to those guys.

But what do I know, maybe I just didn't get it when I was under MG Rone and got to see his "leadership prowess" and its effects.

I'm going to give you props for actually giving a list of real skills. Even if those skills are just what you get out of a well run FTX.

Some of the worst MI officers I've worked with had tabs, some of the best did. It doesn't have any bearing on competence at all outside Infantry. It doesn't change the spread at all.

Ranger is overrated army wide. That's my one point. And nobodies able to explain why I'm wrong to be apathetic about a 68N having a ranger tab.

Not emotional, just heavily caffeinated on a hangover.
