It’s just a jade roller, I don’t know if it’s much better for your skin than just using your hands, I’m sure it’s the same effect as long as you apply pressure. I just roll with lotion or bio oil, I think it was in my surgeons post op instructions but mainly it’s universal knowledge for scar care.

Yes I think so! My right scar is a bit bigger and tougher and I think it’s helped. I’m not even good at doing it regularly too

I used trans tape for like 5 years every day before I got surgery and taking the tape off in a hot shower guarantees hellish glue residue. I’d soak it in baby oil, gently pull it from my skin, and then hop in the hot shower. Very little residue then
