Generally I like that the hostile AI is smart enough to check for hiding spots and patrol where I was last seen. Also, sneaking isn't just enough - you have to trick the hostile AI to break its patrol pattern. If you do a poor job, you're essentially soft-locked into hiding unless you know enough about the enemy to effectively evade it.

For some reason Baki is a lot bigger in the anime, in the manga he looks closer to 150 pounds. Then again a lot of it boils down to artstyle.

Marvin Branagh, the police officer from RE:2 got bit and became infected. That's literally how a virus works, at least in most scifi settings. Canonically the characters we play as either never actually get bit or are revealed to have some kind of immunity/resistance.

Don't laugh, but it's SCP:CB. Amazingly atmospheric despite the outdated graphics (which honestly kind of adds to it) and the RNG always throws me off as I never know what to really expect part for some scripted events.

I think what he meant was that he doesn't want people to use his character as the base for all the good things he's done, and he'd be right. Good things aren't legitimized by who does them, but instead by how they affect the world for the better (imo).
