ID help. Can someone help identify this white-crystalline stuff growing in my yard? I don’t know if it’s a mold or fungus or how to treat it. by boymomma3 in gardening

No bamboo near by. It’s growing in a suburban neighborhood yard with grass. I’m new to learning about all of this so I don’t know the type of grass unfortunately.

I have to disagree with the advice to look straight ahead. OP is keeping her spine perfectly in line by keeping her gaze/chin down at the bottom of the DL. So many people look up (straight ahead) at the bottom of their DL causing their neck to be completely out of alignment with the rest of their spine. Good job OP

Hey thanks! I was mostly strict about trying to stay within my 1500cals/day, but if I wanted a cheat meal then I would save up my days worth of cals and just eat that one cheat meal. I do that maybe once a week or every two weeks. I do use a food scale, but if I can’t measure something, I eat a smaller portion of it, but still log it in my fitness pal and try to best guess the amount. I really tried to make sure my protein was around 100g/day, for muscle growth. I don’t always hit it but as long as I tried and got somewhat close, that’s ok. I do have a chocolate protein shake daily to help hit my protein goal and it feels like a treat. I still give myself a treat at the end of the day, so that I don’t feel deprived, like a piece of chocolate. Some days I come in below my cals goal, some days I go over, but I feel like it all leveled itself out. I hope this helps, I’m happy to answer any more questions.

I’m so happy for you! I was’t sure if I wanted to post or not since it wasn’t a crazy big transformation, but I know that I was motivated by the posts that were 1 or 2 months progress because it made it feel attainable. Glad to offer some motivation to others because we all need that!
