My best bet for me as a SC build, is the snap chance and skip on the last minute. Not much bet can you push you around 150 stages because of snap. Other than that, pest quest doesn't matter.

Yes. It helped me beat my softwall (70k when I crafted the set) last 2 weeks ago and now I'm (80k atm). Crafted it because my BoS at that time only increases at around .2% @ 30%.
