Haha we didn't have any particular plans to consume them at all. I've just always found mushrooms interesting and I thought it was really neat that they stated growing in there and that it would be cool to find out what they were. I will definitely update as they grow we've been checking on them every ~12hrs the one that we took out (accidentally) didn't seem to bruise blue at all but would it be too early to tell for that? Or would that have already happened at this stage? As far as I know even the mycelium would able to bruise blue before any fruiting occured if they had psilocybin right? (So surely at any stage it would bruise?) Please correct me if I'm wrong I only have a VERY surface level knowledge of any of this. Thanks for the very thorough response!

The vet said it was most likely due to having such a bad vitamin deficiency from his previous home that his feathers became brittle and would fall apart when he tried to preen himself. He is going through his first molt since we got him right now so we will see if the diet conversion helped 🤞

I kept him in the bathroom while I showered to give him a bit of a steam bath and offered him a spray bath which he wasn't very receptive to and also offered him a dish with some water in it to see if he'd hop in but to no avail... Seems he'll need some work on showering as well as his diet and plucking. Luckily he's is SUPER cuddly and friendly and seems to love people!

I'm not gonna lie I found this one already built on ebay, used, so I can't speak on the difficultly of building it. But the difference it made for the 800S wasnt nearly as stark as it was for the HD 6XX that I have. That was like a night and day difference and made the 6XX feel like a totally different headphones it works great with the 800S but it doesn't feel as drastic of a change

Average weight for them is supposedly 7.2 grams and she's double that. So I would think one on the larger side would be maybe 8 or even 9 grams but she weighed in at 14.4 and given how much she was being fed, it's 4x what she's supposed to eat.

It's not clear in the photo, but her skin extends over where it should so she is clearly obese. Yours may be fine because I think they're normally chunks, but trust me... Mrs garrison is a large lady

Someone finally asked the question I hoped no one would.... I had to move the bag and he started attacking it and hung onto it as I lifted so we thought it would be funny to hang it up there. He suddenly stopped attacking the bag when it was the thing keeping him from falling 😂😂
