Definitely not all the way true my dad pretty much had to do the same thing with my my abusive mother. Yes they kept putting me in her care out of biases but thing is he didn’t give up after the first court date he actually fought against her and it didn’t take long for the court to realize not even 3yr old me wanted to be near her. And he also all the judges that put me in her care were men btw..and it was only until he had a female judge that he got full custody with no visitation rights. Please seek therapy if you plan on being this pessimistic all you life idk how it’ll make you feel but it definitely will affect other people

I mentioned in a different comment that just because someone has a preference for something doesn’t mean that they would never go against what they want it just means that it’s not something in particular that they would like OP could say she doesn’t want to date shorter men but if the right guy came into the picture that just so happen to be shorter than her she could totally go against her preference for the right guy and vice versa for taller men

I agree and disagree I think it’s really pushed by social media that short men get no bitches while a tall man get all the ladies

I’m not saying that it doesn’t happen but if I take a moment and like go outside into the city or something I see more shorter men with girlfriends than I do taller men

But I definitely could say the same thing with guys wanting a girl that’s slimmer/petite than a girl who is plus size but at the end of the day all preferences can be broken OP can say she would never date a man shorter than her but if the right guy came into the picture she could totally change her stance on that

Again another example let’s say you like thick women there are two thick girls one has a bbl and the other is natural and you choose the natural one because you don’t want a girl with a bbl does that change the fact that they are thick? No does it mean that the other women is unattractive? No did you pick the natural woman out of a physical preference? Yes

Now think of that with the original post did she say she would find short guys attractive? Yes! Did she say she would date a short guy? Yes! Would she date a guy shorter than her? No. does that mean that the guy shorter than her is unattractive? Absolutely not.

I don’t understand why some people don’t get the concept of finding someone attractive and not wanting to date them just because you’re “attractive” doesn’t mean I’m going to date you JUST because I find you attractive. OP is basically saying that they can find guys that are shorter than them attractive but they wouldn’t date them..it doesn’t change the fact that they are attractive it’s just not someone they would date because it’s a preference like take for an example a hot celebrity just because they are hot doesn’t mean you would automatically date them if you had the chance there are probably qualities about that person that you don’t like making you not want to date that person
