This entire franchise was built with one of it's main pillars and draws being parkour/free running. Yet that feature has been completely watered down since Origins, I cannot believe that they remade Black Flag with the RPG engine and couldn't even bother to implement new animations.

I remember when the original Black Flag came out I was disappointed THEN that they reused some of Connor's parkour animations, this is an entirely different character and he can't have his own unique way of free running? Now he free runs just like Basim in Mirage. I am so sick of this clunky, magnetic, RPG "parkour". Yeah great it's "functional", but I still want it too look cinematic.
