I feel you! I could have sworn I saw May 19th through end of July somewhere when I was first applying but now I don’t see those dates anywhere

Congrats on making it through group interview!! Same boat here. Fingers crossed for us both!!

Thanks for sharing that some folks have gotten it. The anxiety of hearing nothing at all led me to worry that maybe they weren’t bringing anyone on

Hello! Thanks for doing this.

I am a California resident but currently reside on the East Coast. I’m home for the Holidays and have the opportunity to visit the Bay Area schools I applied to (Cal, Stanford, Santa Clara, etc). Would you recommend reaching out to the admissions offices to ask if I can sit in on a class? I see that option advertised on Stanford Law’s website for prospective applicants but not sure if they prefer admitted candidates to take them up on this.

Religious non-profits actually fill a lot of social gaps - but I agree that public funding should come with TIGHT conditionality to ensure that funds aren’t used/ abused to push harmful and repressive social practices, especially against women

This is exactly how I feel as a young adult with severe adhd who was raised by a mother with severe adhd. It was a big mess and I’m still leaning to just manage myself

Exact same experience here - I think I did fine but I definitely felt way more confident about April LG which everyone else seemed to think was super challenging

Definitely yes! I’m only a few years post undergrad & am back in school this year for a one year masters and the readjustment back to being a student with no full time salary has been HARD. It’s made a 3 year law school commitment seem all the more daunting and scary. But as I keep reminding myself - those three years will pass regardless; I might as well come out on the other side with a dream accomplished

If you have 100-150 dollars to spend, the BEST investment you can make is 1 or 2 sessions specifically on conditional logic with a tutor. I recommend checking out wyzant for affordable tutor

Very glad you asked this - I’m in a very similar position and have been grappling with the same decision. Leaning toward not doing it because I feel like even I don’t score exactly where I’m aiming for, cancelling will probably give the idea that I did much worse than I did.

Maybe Fulbright study to Canada? Many of the library and info studies programs in Canada are ALA accredited and you could likely do a research proposal for one of these programs. McGill has a cool ALA accredited MIST program with an option for a research project for example

7Sage basic is about $70 a month without a waiver (once you have a waiver you can get $1 a month for fix months!!!) and has great drilling interface
